Ralf Sierenberg unexpectedly passed away at the age of 61 on September 1, 2022, in Seattle, United States. Ralf was born in Frohnhausen, Germany. As a lover of nature and a manager of a garden center at an early age, Ralf was an expert in identifying plants and flowers. Ralf also invented star-designed LED lights; this invention led him to conduct business worldwide for many years- including in China, where he met his beloved wife.

Though Ralf adored a humble lifestyle and enjoyed the simple things in life, he was one who was not fearful of adventure. This includes driving from Germany through the Middle East, turning a two-week trip to Israel into a one-year trip, and immigrating to the US to become a husband and a father. Ralf’s life was driven by his curiosity and openness to new experiences. With his calm demeanor and positive presence, Ralf made many friends wherever he went, whether it was through his travels or walking the family dog Jazzy. A businessman, an engineer, a collector of stones, a traveler, a gardener, an inventor, a friend, a son, a brother, an uncle, a father, and a husband, Ralf will be dearly missed.

Ralf is survived by his wife Yuejin Liu and two daughters. This is the most difficult time for them, mentally and financially. CMAIN and friends of Ralf and Yuejin would like to start a fund to help the family.
